Jan. 20th, 2019 12:42 amIf you're reading this, welcome to my page! I know that might sound a little bland, but I wanted to get at least one thing posted here, and an intro seemed straightforward and simple enough.
A friend of mine recommended this site to me, and I still have a lot to learn about and adjust to concerning its function and format, but I look forward to getting to post more about myself and my interests here. Writing is the primary content I produce for fandom spaces, although it's been a little difficult promoting myself on sites that aren't as conducive to sharing a text-heavy writing format. Although I have admittedly stumbled across this site before, I guess I just needed the right push to get me to finally try it out.
This profile is going to revolve around posting stories and discussions about the concept of self inserts/selfshipping. Self insert is one of my favorite subjects to explore, talk about, and participate in. It has been since long before I even understood what it was or realized that it occupies a unique class of its own in the sphere of fandom spaces.
I hope to start posting more of my own work here (mainly short self insert fiction) as well as some entries relevant to my experiences and development with self insert-ing and my interactions with the community (or at least the ones I've encountered.)
